This policy applies to all digital downloads (e.g., artwork, ebooks) and physical items (e.g., prints, knitted goods). We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Refunds and Exchanges<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>If you are approved, then your refund will be processed. Full refunds to original payment method within 5 business days of approval\/receipt.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Exchanges offered where possible for size\/color issues on standard physical items.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>No refunds for change of mind, wear\/tear, or shipping delays. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
