PoodleBear was founded by me after settling in Portugal in 2024. I fell in love with the incredible craftsmanship and creativity here, and wanted to create a platform that connects talented artisans from Portugal and across Europe with customers around the world. What started as a personal passion for handmade goods has grown into PoodleBear : A marketplace celebrating authentic, artisan-made products. As we grow, our vision is to build a community of makers and supporters who value quality, creativity, and the human touch behind every item.

What is your return and refund policy?
“We want you to love your purchase.” If you’re not completely satisfied, you may return unused items in their original condition within 14 days of delivery for a full refund. Please contact us before returning any items so we can provide return instructions. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or defective. Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days after we receive your return.
